This is one of two Cafés in Castlebar run by the same family. The original Café is still to be found on new Antrim street, and the second branch called is called Rua and is located on Spencer Street. This latter branch has two levels and features a delicatessen where it is possible to buy many of the local ingredients that we've been using in our café over the last decade.

This is family run cafe and deli, which is a head and shoulders above most. The food in the restaurant is very good, wholesome, home-made food. It is highly recommended for lunch and dinner and is a really great spot for breakfast/brunch on a Saturday morning. It also worth a trip for a coffee and homemade cake. The deli down stairs is to die for with a great selection of cheese, salads, pates all served with a friendly smile. It is well worth a trip for anyone visiting Castlebar.
