I can still taste their pizzas. Scrumptious.

Great paper. I couldn't survive on Monday and Tuesdays without it. Monday has brilliant local news and Tuesday has the free ads section. Well worth a read if you want to know what is going on in Cork.

Nice coffee shop. A bit pricey.

Wow. I just read the reviews and I had spoken to one or two families who stayed there and they seemed to think it was fine except that it was expensive. I suppose you pay for convenience. I have to admit that I have not stayed there so maybe I am not the best qualified to offer an opinion.

An institution in Cork and since the Queen's visit in 2011, there has been great publicity. Great selection of fish and the owner has a particularly good sense of humour. One star is subtracted because it does tend to be a bit too expensive. There is another fish shop across from it which I found...

Brilliant school. The place looks great and there are fantastic improvements there since I was in school. The boys and the school are always winning prizes and everybody I have spoken to has only the very best to say about the school.

Really good for cleaning clothes. better than one of the others I have tried in the area. They also do alterations and seem to be fairly competitive and good at what they do.

Great spot. Nearly always the cheapest in town but sometimes the queues are a bit tedious.

Good spot but difficult to find parking. A tad expensive for some items but a brilliant convenience both early and late. Good sandwich counter.

Great spot. Since the arrival of Penneys, contrary to what was expected, it has breathed life back into the centre. Roches Stores was a big loss to the place though.

I know lots of people who rave over this place but I can't see the charm in it myself. Lacking in atmosphere for me, at any rate.

Great spot. Lots of atmosphere. Good place to meet some friends but don't count on getting a seat.
