What is RateMyArea?

RateMyArea is the new and easy way to find, review, share and discuss all that’s good (and not so good!) in your area.

Everyone knows that asking friends is the best way to get the inside scoop and find out about great local places and businesses. RateMyArea makes it really easy to do this!

Why RateMyArea?

Like most people, we thought we knew our own areas pretty well, however, the reality was we were missing out on lots of great places and businesses in our area purely because we had never heard of them. Worse still, sometimes we found that the not-so-good businesses and services seemed popular just because they could afford to spend more on advertising.

RateMyArea sets about solving this problem by giving your local shop or service an equal opportunity to be heard and to benefit from “word of mouth” by simply being a good business... isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be!?
